RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Read through the section about returns and refunds to make sure you know what are policies are in case you change your mind or are not satisfied with your products.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds
Once your item has been received, the product will be inspected and you will immediately be notified if your return is approved or not. If you are eligable for a refund, it will be made into your bank account and the money available as soon as your bank has processed the refund.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Any delivery cost you may have paid upon purchasing your item is non-refundable.
VAT & DELIVERY
Different rules and costs apply depending on where you would like your blocks delivered. Read through the following section carefully to ensure you are aware what's applicable for your region.
VAT
25% VAT is applied to all products, including delivery. All prices on this page are including VAT, with the exception of the delivery cost that will be displayed without VAT in the breakdown at checkout, but is still included in the total amount.

Sweden
Deliveries in Sweden are FREE of charge.

The rest of Europe and EES
The cost for deliveries to the rest of Europe and EES is 50 SEK, including VAT.
Outside of Europe
Unfortunately we are not able to deliver to countries outside of Europe at the moment. Keep an eye on our website for updates.
